This week we have a slight change to our Apprenticeship Round Up, rather than bring you the latest Apprenticeship opportunities we’re sharing with you some of the other entry level roles we have on offer in South Yorkshire. Some of these roles need some experience, others less so. Make sure you keep an eye on the closing date as many of these vacancies close soon!

Care Coordinator – Sheffield (closing date 30/10)

Hackenthorpe Medical Centre is seeking Care Coordinators to join their growing team at Townships 1 & 2 Primary Care Networks.



Pharmacy Support Worker- Aseptic Services – Sheffield (closing date 19/10)

These are exciting times for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to work within the technical services department s of both the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Weston Park Hospital. Currently the technical services departments have 11 pharmaceutical isolators with another 4 due imminently as the cutting edge ATMP/clinical trial facility develops within Weston Park Hospital. Prospective candidates have a unique opportunity to work in technical services in a large teaching hospital environment. As an integral member of the pharmacy team you will assist in the delivery of a quality aseptic dispensing service for the patients and staff of this Trust.



Trainee Ophthalmic Science Practitioner – Sheffield- (closing date 20/10)

The Directorate of Ophthalmology requires a Trainee Ophthalmic Science Practitioner to join its busy Ophthalmic Angiography, Diagnostic and Imaging Unit. You will liaise closely with other health care professionals delivering an integrated ophthalmic service to more than 90,000 outpatients per year.



Transport Driver- Barnsley – (closing date 18/10)

As a vital member of the NHS blood and transplant team operating a 24/7 service you will be providing a safe and professional service, collecting and delivering blood products, equipment and staff to hospitals, blood centres and blood collection sites throughout the country.  This could include emergency ‘blue light’ deliveries.
