Apprentice Healthcare Science Support worker- Rotherham Hospital

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to start a career in Healthcare Science, working in Nuclear Medicine, within Medical Physics at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful apprentice will be required to undertake the necessary training and academic development needed to perform basic level tests on patients. The apprentice will also assist other staff with general tasks such as cleaning medical devices, administration and clerical duties. Training will include an appropriate level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Science.

Health Coach- Primary Care Sheffield

You will Identify and make contact with patients to encourage uptake of NHS physical health checks. Completing physical health checks including drawing blood from patients.

You will be working with a defined population using behaviour change techniques with individuals and groups to empower them to identify, make, and sustain positive lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

Level 3 Health Trainer Certificate or equivalent health related qualification is essential to undertake this role.
